APPLICATION:
A fast and effective pipe connection for the transport of water, oil, air, saw dust, cement, concrete, asphalt etc, the coupling works with both vacuum and pressure and can be used on both the pumps suction and pressure sides. Examples of areas of use are;
- Cement transport with pneumatic solutions.
- Sludge evacuation
- Central vacuum cleaners within industry.
- Air pressure transporters, mines and highway industries.
- Military systems i.e. the transport of fuel during field operations.
- Watering systems
- For the speedy unloading/loading of rail goods.
MATERIAL AND QUALITIES:
Standard construction is galvanised steel but is also available in stainless steel and aluminium alloy. The coupling is constructed according to the Kardan principle and guarantees a sealed coupling, both vacuum and pressure, even in biased positions. The coupling contains a male and female part with heavy duty 3085 seals and a bored hook system with an automatic lock. The lock avoids accidental uncoupling.
